Raffle Rules

* All prizes for the Xmas Gift Raffle have been donated by  businesses. No monetary funds were used to purchase prizes.
* Raffle tickets will be drawn at random on Saturday July 19th 2025  at 1pm at 12413 Hudson Ave in Hudson Florida.
* Winner must be present to receive any prize valued between $10-$45 in the Xmas Gift Raffle.
* Winners in the Holiday Raffle must be present to claim their prize directly with the vendor on-site.
* High value prize winners ($45+) in the Xmas Gift Raffle may either pickup their prize at a later date or if the prize features a certificate, then the certificate can be mailed to the winner.
* All high value winners must confirm their winner status within 10 minutes of being notified by announcement or text message.
* Individuals are limited to winning 5 small value prizes in the Xmas Gift Raffle low-value raffle. If an individual has their number pulled after receiving 5 small value prizes, a new individual ticket will be selected at random instead.
* Individuals are limited to winning 1 high value prize from an individual sponsor during the random drawing. If an individual has their number pulled after receiving a prize from the same sponsor, a new individual ticket will be selected at random instead.
* Individuals choosing to participate is the raffle are limited to one entry unless additional monetary donations are made.
* A suggested donation in the Xmas Gift Raffle of $1 is appreciated for two tickets for the Xmas Gift Raffle and a donation of $5 for a group of 12 tickets is appreciated and tax deductible.
* There is zero cost for the Holiday Raffle and tickets are only given for each task completed on the scavenger hunt list.
* Participants are not required to purchase a ticket or contribute money to win a prize. An individual can participate and win without spending any money.
